Order Processing Time

We work hard to get your costumes to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a costume might not be the perfect fit – whether it’s a 1950’s poodle skirt that doesn’t drape quite right or an Action Figure that needs adjusting. Our returns process is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return items for exchange or refund. This gives you plenty of time to try on your Alice in Wonderland costume or test out those Astronauts & Aliens outfits to ensure they meet your expectations.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free of any stains, odors, or damage
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

โš ๏ธ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Adaptive Costumes (due to their specialized nature and potential hygiene concerns)
  • Opened makeup or cosmetic accessories
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Custom-made or altered costumes
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Please choose these items carefully, as we cannot accept returns for these products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

๐Ÿ”„ Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service Team

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your return request. Use the template below to ensure you provide all necessary information.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days. Do not send anything back without this authorization number as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, include the original receipt or order confirmation, and clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship to Our Address

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds & Credits

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing (appearance on your statement depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Shipping Cost Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). For free shipping orders over $50, the value of the free shipping will be deducted from your refund if you no longer meet the free shipping threshold after returns.

Size/Item Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or similar product. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original item. We cover the shipping costs to send your exchange item to you.

โ— Damaged or Defective Items

If your costume arrives damaged or defective (whether it’s an Angels & Fairies outfit with manufacturing flaws or Animals & Bugs costume with missing pieces), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

As we serve customers globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), international returns follow the same policy but may have longer processing times due to customs and shipping. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
